[svn-r7133] Purpose: Typo fix
Description: When Quincey and I updated Fortran SZIP flags, we accidentally
renamed one of the C flags H5_SZIP_ALLOW_K13_OPTION_MASK used
by Fortran C-stub routine.
Solution: Fix the typo.
Platforms tested: Linux 2.5 and True64
