[svn-r11715] Purpose: Bug fix Description: The last checkin to add #ifdef H5_HAVE_UNISTD_H before #include<unistd.h> didn't work because no hdf5 library header file have been included in that stage. Solution: Changed it to #ifndef WIN32. Platforms tested: sleipnir g++ where the complaint happened.
