[svn-r9173] Purpose:
Bug fix.

Description:
There was a minor bug in the hdf5check.bat I checked in last night.  We should check check_results.txt (not hdf5_results.txt) to find out whether there are any failed tests.

Solution:
Change hdf5_results.txt to check_results.txt.

Platforms tested:
Minor fix, Kent tested the fix on Windows XP.

Misc. update:
