so_locations was not removed during distclean.
Added it to the distclean targets.

Tested h5committest {arabica (fortran), eirene (fortran, C++)
modi4 (parallel, fortran)}? No
[If no, why not?] Tested in modi4 and eirene with C++ enabled..
