Purpose:
Bug fix
Description:
_DLL_ macro was not replaced by H5_DLL macro in the Fortran stabs
header file when it was replaced in the C header files.
Solution:
Replace it.
Platforms tested:
Tested on Solairs 2.7 with --enable-fortran --enable-cxx flags.
