[svn-r13991] Description:
	Correct error in H5Gcreate() where using a non-zero local heap size
hint would overwrite the default group creation property list with the non-zero
size hint given, affecting all future groups created.

Tested on:
	FreeBSD/32 6.2 (duty) w/check-vfd
