[svn-r6728] Purpose: Silly bug fix. Description: Forgot to put the comm/info duplication code in. Solution: Put them back in. Platforms tested: Did not run h5committest since the changes are all in the MPIO driver code. Tested on eirene and Modi4, both parallel modes. Misc. update:
