Purpose:
    fix a bug
Description:
    In precondition 3, winzip will unzip hdf5xxx.zip into the directory
    hdf5xxx and users should rename hdf5xxx into hdf5 to correctly build
    HDF5 library.
Solution:
    correct the sentence in precondition 3.
