[svn-r10866] Purpose: Solve name conflicts when build hdf5 with intel fortran on windows XP. Description: Rename release version output file name of project file hdf5_hl_fortran from hdf5_hl_fortran.lib to hdf5_hl_fortranr.lib Solution: Platforms tested: MSVS 6.0 on windows XP. Misc. update:
