[svn-r26668] Fix error in H5D__virtual_read/write that prevented short circuit. Fix off by 1 error in H5S__hyper_project_intersection algorithm. Add many tests for fixed size hyperslab I/O. Note make check still fails in h5dump test (unrelated to this checkin). Tested: ummon
