[svn-r4683] Purpose:
Bug fix.
Description:
Fix fortran stub for H5P[gs]et_hyper_cache.
Solution:
Made the fortran subs not execute any function calls into the library,
unless v1.4 compatibility is turned on.
Elena will be following this up with a real fix.
Platforms tested:
FreeBSD 4.4 (hawkwind)
