[svn-r3579] Purpose:
    Temporary Fix
Description:
    The Makefile in the java/ directory won't work with the current make
    situation.
Solution:
    Temporarily removed going into the java/ subdirectory until the stuff
    with the Makefiles can be figured out.
Platforms tested:
    Linux
