[svn-r6486] Purpose:
    Bug fix

Description:
    "make distclean" is failing currently in the doc/html/ed_libs and
    doc/html/ed_styles directories for lack of a 'Dependencies' file.

Solution:
    Add it.

Platforms tested:
    FreeBSD 4.7 (sleipnir)

Misc. update:
