[svn-r11834] Purpose:
Bug fix
Description:
Tone down the optimization flags for gcc 4.2.x in the same way as we
do for all the other gcc 3/4 builds, to avoid datatype conversion issues.
Platforms tested:
FreeBSD 4.11 (sleipnir) w/gcc 4.2
