[svn-r1300] added the programtype variable and modified certain functions so they would use this variable. started combinin h5dump_simple and h5dump_simple_dset into 1 function. added an extra parameter to the h5dump_simple_dset function that because the h5dump_simple function uses a var that isn't present in the dump_simple_dset
