[svn-r2663] Purpose: Bug Fix 37 Description: Okay...this is really it now. Sorry for all the other "fixes". This will take care of the top_builddir macro for the Fortran interface. Solution: Hardcoded the path to the build directory. Platforms tested: Modi4.
