Code Cleanup
Description:
- Pulled out repetetive cache stats code into its own new macro.
- Converted HDasserts in verification macros to if / HGOTO_ERROR statments
in order to keep code consistent.
Tested:
jam (also tested smirom/liberty in trunk)
