[svn-r4883] Purpose:
	Bug Fix
Description:
	For some reason, a wrong line was introduced into the ltconfig in my
	"Major Hack(tm)" stuff.
Solution:
	Removed this line, which isn't supposed to be there cause that's why
	the Major Hack was there to begin with.
Platforms tested:
	NERSC machine and Pacific Blue
