[svn-r12363] Purpose:
Bug fix
Description:
When destroying the cache for a file, don't disconnect the cache from the
file structure until after the cache is shut dow, to allow pinned entries to
be unpinned.
Platforms tested:
Linux 2.4 (chicago)
