[svn-r6937] Purpose:
Bug fix
Description:
Failed tests were not being reported correctly to main test routine, so
they were not stopping a 'make check'
Solution:
Changed '1' to '-1' for failures.
Platforms tested:
h5committestted (although Fortran tests failed for some reason)
