[svn-r5707] Purpose:
Bug Fix.
Description:
Contiguous types created for "all" and contiguous hyperslab selections was
not being committed before using them.
Solution:
Commit them. :-) This fixes the problems on the LLNL Blue Pacific machine.
Platforms tested:
LLNL Blue Pacific w/parallel.
