Bug fix.
Description:
H5Fopen call was using H5P_DEFAULT instead of file access flags
Solution:
Changed H5P_DEFAULT to H5F_ACC_RDONLY
Platforms tested:
IRIX64 6.5 (modi4) w/parallel
