[svn-r22485] Description:
    Merge r22484 from trunk to 1.8 branch:

    Copy the file image test file from the source directory to the build
directory, instead of trying to open the [in-memory] file R/W.

    Also, clean up a few other test files that were left lying around from
other tests.

Tested on:
    MacOSX/64 10.7.4 (amazon) w/debug
    Too minor to require h5committest
