[svn-r9984] Purpose: New feature and test Description: Added support of hardware conversion between "long double" and integers(mainly in H5Tconv.c) and some test cases(mainly in test/dtypes.c). Platforms tested: h5committest and fuss. Misc. update: RELEASE.txt
