[svn-r11317] Purpose: Minor change to macro names Description: Changed the names of the interim macros for data conversion checked in yesterday from the SOURCE_DESTINATION style (like FP_FP or LDOUBLE_LLONG) to the H5T_CONV_INTERIM_SOURCE_DESTINATION style (like H5T_CONV_INTERIM_FP_FP OR H5T_CONV_INTERIM_LDOUBLE_LLONG), to be more descriptive. These macros are defined in H5Tpkg.h and used in H5Tconv.c and H5T.c for interim purpose. Platforms tested: fuss - simple change.
