[svn-r9349] Purpose: New feature enhancement Description: enable size adjustment for compound datatype. The size can be increased and decreased(as long as the last member isn't cut). Solution: mainly check if the last member is being cut when decreasing the size. Others are simply taking out assertion to enable this feature. Platforms tested: h5committest and fuss. Misc. update: RELEASE.txt
