[svn-r8503] Purpose:
Fix part of bug #59 (Bugzilla)
Description:
Removed two extra lines in the script hdf5cpptest.bat by mistake,
that caused errors when running the test.
The C++ library is unabled by mistake again. Disabled both hdf5_cpp
and hdf5_cppdll.
