[svn-r27644] Merge of r27642 from trunk Removed comments from MANIFEST regarding distributing the gen_* files in test/. These files will remain distributable since they are needed if a user specifies --enable-build-all. Fixes HDFFV-8236 Tested on: jam (bin/chkmanifest only)
