[svn-r2716] Purpose:
Increase constant for H5S_MAX_RANK from 31 -> 32
Description:
To better align the HDF5 library's maximum dimenions with HDF4 and netCDF,
the maximum number of dimensions has been increased to 32.
Platforms Tested:
FreeBSD 4.1.1 (hawkwind)
Solaris 2.5 (baldric)
