[svn-r10031] Purpose: Improvement. Description: Added a command to dump all environment variables at the beginning of the snapshot test. Platforms tested: Attempted to test in eirene but aborted it after seeing the dumping because it was doing things to the current/ of daily test directory. *arg!*
