[svn-r3514] Purpose:
Resubmit of Changes
Description:
Previous changes to the h5dumper were lost. This patch includes
better memory management of XML formatted strings along with the bug
fixes for the XML code.
Solution:
Merged the XML patch with the previous code.
Platforms tested:
Linux
