[svn-r7495] Purpose:
Removed Dead Code
Description:
Some of the FPHDF5 code was dead (I thought it'd be useful at one
point, but was wrong).
Solution:
Removed
Platforms tested:
Linux (FPHDF5 specific. No need for h5committest)
Misc. update:
