[svn-r9037] Purpose:
Code cleanup/bug fix
Description:
Check for _O_BINARY being defined instead of O_BINARY, since we actually use
_O_BINARY. (Note that this only affects Windows)
Platforms tested:
FreeBSD 4.10 (sleipnir)
