[svn-r18448] Purpose:
Bug1727 - NPOESS: h5copy should copy region references
Description:
Merged from hdf5 trunk r18447.
Tested and added test cases from previous checkin r18321
Reference Manual and tool's usage section for '-f ref' option is updated
for more comprehensibility.
