[svn-r9003] Purpose:
Update.

Description:
Since hdf5 fortran dll does not work at current time, it is not
necessary to install hdf5 fortran dlls.

Solution:
Comment out those scripts used to install hdf5 fortran dlls
in installhdf5lib.bat.

Platforms tested:
Windows 2000 and XP.
