[svn-r27982] Merge of r27939 from trunk.
Remove H5D__iterate and use H5S_select_iterate directly
Add internal library callback to H5S_select_iterate to avoid having
to pass hid_t objects internally
Tested on: Ubuntu 15.04 (Linux 3.19 x86_64) gcc 4.9.2
serial w/ Fortran and C++
parallel (MPICH 3.1.4) w/ Fortran
