[svn-r25007] Refactor code related to multi dataset I/O in H5Dio.c.
Various other cleanup/fixes related to multi dataset I/O, including tracing.
Improve t_pmulti_dset to work with variable dataset sizes and any number of
processes.
Remove old multi dataset test, make check should pass now.
