[svn-r29733] HDFFV-9756: Verified H5Dint.c patch works for H5Repack, also reworked VDS tests for H5Repack. HDFFV-9766: Added h5format_convert to CMake. Reworked tests to allow parallel testing with CMake. HDFFV-9770: Added h5watch to CMake. Tested: CMake and autotools on loacl linux.
