PB data corruption fix and API name change for PB stats 1) Change H5PBget_stats() and H5PBreset_stats() to H5Fget_get_buffering_stats() and H5Freset_page_buffering_stats() 2) Fix data corruption bug in page buffering when freeing metadata (from running test/fheap.c) 3) Fix file size check in test/fheap.c Tested on emu, moohan, osx1010test, ostrich, platypus, mayll, quail, kite, kituo.
