[svn-r20412] - Added "VFD driver check" to core, family, direct and multi VFD tests. - Removed VFD log filename from list of files in FILENAME array and moved to a #define. - Added VFD log filename to list of files to clean up in CHECK_CLEANFILES list in Makefile.am.
