[svn-r28535] Updated large file support in the autotools. The *64 functions are no longer used and the *o functions (e.g. ftello) are assumed to exist. We also no longer #define LARGEFILE_SOURCE or LARGEFILE64_SOURCE as they are not necessary. Note: CMake has not been updated yet. Tested on: jam
