Parallel resource cleanup:
- free comm keyval after setting atribute on comm_self
- free allocated buffer in t_file_image test
Tested on: Ubuntu 15.04 (Linux 3.19 x86_64)
gcc 4.9.2 and MPICH 3.1.4 (parallel only)
