[svn-r25432] Bring revision #25333 from revise_chunks to revise_chksum_retry. Tested on jam, koala, ostrich, platypus, quail. Also clear the status_flags in the superblock for the two HDF5 test files: (1) tools/h5diff/testfiles/tmptest2.he5 (2) tools/h5diff/testfiles/tmptest.he5
