Take care of two .h5 files created by "make check" were not removed by make clean or
distclean.
test/Makefile.am:
Add file tbogus.h5.copy to CHECK_CLEANFILES list.
test/tfile.c
The last test with tfilespace.h5 was missing the call at the end to
h5_clean_files().
