[svn-r30021] Description:
Bring r30002 from trunk:
Fixed some minor warnings in H5AC.c and H5C.c, cleaned up warnings
in the cache tests, and made some huge static arrays dynamic
in the cache tests.
Also some other changes to align w/trunk (mostly in cache_common.h)
Tested on:
MacOSX/64 10.11.5 (amazon) w/serial & parallel
(h5committest not required on this branch)
