[svn-r24732] Fix for reconfigure, which fails because LT_ADD_LIBHDF5_DEPENDENCY is used in Makefiles but the declaration in configure.ac is missing. Copied declaration from trunk. Tested with h5committest on jam ostrich koala and platypus(cmake).
