_ Updated section 3.8 Alternate File Storage Layouts 
and Low-level File Drivers. Edited sub-sections and 
added sub-sections for new drivers. Table 2, 
"Supported file drivers", has been put into a separate 
file and will be included with a php include statement. 
We want to include this table in the RM.
