Merging in latest from upstream (HDFFV/hdf5:refs/heads/develop) * commit 'e35effff7da40fa8b0dda273be9bbdfa9c8c3624': Move pragma statements outside of routines, to make older compilers happy. Updated H5Tcopy() to get the dataset's datatype through the VOL when that is passed in as the object ID.
