[svn-r3749] Purpose:
Bug Fix
Description:
We shouldn't create Makefiles in the testpar/ directory unless we're
building this as parallel.
Solution:
Put flag in there specifying that we're doing this in Parallel and we
should build the Makefile in testpar/.
